On time. They were very professional. very knowledgable in the product they sell. great service department. helpful, friendly and curtious.
Valley Pools and Spas personnel were very professional. They listened to my requirements and provided opitions for my consideration. These options included pros and cons to Spas with more and fewer options and pricing. The buying experience was excellent. The installation was timely and efficient. The Spa teach was dynamic. the Spa functions as advertised and presented by the salesperson. Hats off to an excellent staff and great experience.
Valley Pools has been our pool care company since 2007. Our pool is 30 years old and is difficult to keep clean, reacting to every little change in weather. Eventually it will need to be resurfaced, but the service staff has enabled us to put off this costly job for several years and still have a sparkling clean pool. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Pools to my friends and neighbors.
Service Dept. We are so happy with the service we receive when our hot tub needs repair. The service is prompt & honest. We always plug Valley Pools & Spas.
We loved everything about our experience ,from start to finish we LOVE our pool. They have great business ethic. Everyone that sees our pool is amazed with how beautiful it is.
I am sending several pictures from the 1st 2 days and will continue to do so through today. I Want to share With you that Paul and Ryan are nothing short of perfection. They are the hardest Workers I know. They have impressed Jeff and I so much! The professionalism and kindness they eXude is amazing. They rarely take breaks and Work hard. We are on day 3 and Will have our liner in today and more then likely Water too! They explain things that are happening and are very good Working partners. Just Very professional!
Any questions I had were answered and they did an excellent job with my new pool, I will recommend them to friends and family.
