I feel like I was scammed. I at least should have gotten the membership fee back. Two plumbers said they could get a screw out . They said it would be 579 to beat the handle off . My son in law had it fixed in 15 mins. Never ever again .
The technician showed up in a timely manner and was very friendly. He was also very professional in explaining my options for repairs abd providing answers to my questions. He made my plumbing emergency seem less intimidating. Great job!!!

Jeremy was very personable and very thorough. He cleared a massive clog as well as replaced sink baskets and fixed a tub leak. He also checked my dishwasher to confirm it worked correctly.
