Will preface with the maintenance team here is great and timely. Horrible management team. Hit with a million hidden fees upon moving out. They ILLEGALLY recorded all phone conversations WITHOUT CONSENT. My car was broken into and when we emailed management I was given a 3 word response email. They did not care at all. Lovely complex. Horrible management. Worst management team I’ve ever rented from in 15 years of renting. Strongly suggest E&S moves on from all 3 of the individuals in their front office.
The team at Valley Plaza Villages really goes above and beyond for their tenants! The apartments are adorable and the neighborhood is great but the team is why it's the best :)
I very much enjoyed my time here, I had to move away for work but if I ever moved back into the area I will be residing here again. I highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff was very nice and patient when helping me find my perfect apartment. When the time came to move out it was a breeze and I was sad to say goodbye to the wonderful staff here. loving my forever home. Very glad i decided to continue living here. Friendly staff, quick and responsive to all my needs. Hard thing to find nowadays, glad feel secure and taken care of at valley plaza.
