The tour of the apartment I looked at was amazing. The young Lady who helped me (I think her name was Stephanie I could be wrong if I’am I apologize.) She was so kind and helpful! I loved the apartment! I definitely want to move to Valley Plaza Villages! It seemed like a great community. Actually I’m pretty sure the Ladies name was Allisa. 🤦♀️
Wonderful place to live. Peaceful, serene, and great staff at the leasing office. I’ll recommend Valley Plaza to all my friends and family that are looking to rent in the Bay Area. Stephanie and Badonna are the best!
Well I do enjoy living here. It does get frustrating at times when customer service comes and goes, and they are often locking amenity doors during regular office hours. I’m glad they increased the office and amenity hours. Maintenance is good.
