When it’s good it’s very good, but when it’s bad, it’s negligent. I’ve had a couple of major problems with this company. Never had a problem with any other leasing company that was not corrected. This company ESRing looks like I have to take to Small Claims Court while still living here because they don’t want to compensate me for their flooding problem which disrupted my residency for 5 days. Stephanie in the front office is always so professional, helpful, kind, informative, and responsive. She is a wonderful asset to this property and Valley apartment Villages is well represented with Stephanie in their front office. These apartments have good insulation and you don't hear your neighbors. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is very responsive.
I viewed an apartment this weekend and loved it. Stephanie treated us like we were her top priority of the day. I like the glass backsplash. She answered all my questions. We always go back to this community.
Stephanie has always been very helpful, provides a quick responsiveness and is always kind. I’ve been extremely happy with valley plaza. I always recommend it and have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff.
I had a very disappointing experience with Stephanie at the leasing office. She was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me immediately, even though I still had more questions. There was no “bye” or any basic courtesy. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from apartment staff, and it made me feel very disrespected.
