Very positive!
I have lived here almost a year now, and I am very happy with the decision :) We are within walking distance of church, a great sushi restaurant, Safeway, the post office, and Downtown Pleasanton. Whenever a maintenance issue has come up, we have gotten a quick and helpful response. Our neighbors are very kind, the walking area is beautiful, and we've had an overall pleasant experience.
This place is exceptional!!! I recently moved into Valley Plaza Villages and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From day one, Stephanie was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She immediately showed me an upstairs apartment that was becoming available on March 24, and it ended up being the PERFECT fit for me. I have lived at Valley Plaza for a little over a year. We love that the grounds are always kept up and that the community gets maintenance request done on a timely manner. The staff is always pleasant as well.
