I have lived at Valley Plaza for a little over a year. We love that the grounds are always kept up and that the community gets maintenance request done on a timely manner. The staff is always pleasant as well.
Everyone is very polite. But communication is poor. And no one wants to take responsibility for the damage to my expensive brand new white comforter that a faulty dryer leaked yellow dye to my comforter with a yellow microfiber towel I saw maintenance place on my bathroom counter. They moved my toilet stool in my bathtub and tried to blame the yellow coloring to me burning the blanket which did not happen. Corporate didn’t call back and the bathroom cabinet they “fixed” is falling off again.
I've had an amazing experience Living at this apartment complex. The Community is clean, well-maintained, and very peacefull. Management and Staff are always friendly, profesional, and quick to respond whenever there's a question or maintenance request. The amenities are great, and the overall atmosphere truly feels like home. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the neighborhood is. Im very happy here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live!
I had a great experience with maintenance at Valley Plaza Apartment Complex. I submitted my request on Sunday, and Cesareo arrived promptly Monday morning. He was friendly, professional, and thorough, completing all three repairs within about an hour. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving.
We have been living here for a few years and we have really enjoyed it. The property management team does a great job keeping the property well kept and the maintenance crew is prompt and professional!
