Robbie is not only a nice guy, but he knows what he's doing and does it as quickly as he can, which is so important since our machines seem to break (or we break them, as is often my case) when they are most needed. And he only razzes me a little for all the stupid things I do to my lawn mower, rototillers, snowblower etc.
