My three daughters are long time patients. Dr Ben and his staff are very patient and kind to children going through simple to complex dental procedures. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating with appointments and insurance questions. Our experience over the years has been extremely positive! We recommend Valley Pediatric Dentistry to all families.
We love all of the staff and doctors at Valley Pediatric Dentistry. They have treated our children since they were toddlers. They are extremely caring and patient and work very well with our daughter who is special needs. Our kids love going to the dentist!
I am so thankful for the honesty, the professionalism and the care this office has shown toward my daughter and myself. I came here (Hopewell Junction office) looking for a 2nd opinion about the work my 6 y/o daughter needed done. My daughter was very nervous but the chairside manners of Dr Ben and his staff really helped to ease her. She is still shocked she "got a needle in her mouth" and it didn't hurt. :) I have never in my life went for a 2nd opinion on anything, but I am sure glad I did.
We love the new office! It was open, clean, and fun for my daughter. Every member of the team is caring and patient. They explain exactly what they are doing during the cleaning/exam in a way a child can understand. It is a wonderful experience and really sets my mind at ease that we have the best dental care at Valley Pediatric Dentistry.
For the first time my son was actually relaxed at the dentist office (he’s 15). They explained everything and even itemized our the payment estimate after insurance so there would be no surprises. Love this place!
