I’ve been coming to valley patient care for a while now and I liked how fast there service is and how they have all these services that other clinics will refer you to already easily accessible. Had to come back a week later for test results. 10 minutes before my follow up they said they didn’t have my test results so I would do a Telehealth visit two days later. They said to sign in 15 minutes before the Telehealth appointment time. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time because no one got on the visit and called the direct line.
