Terrible experience with this company. They sent my wife’s bill to a collections agency even though they were waiting for an updated EOB from my insurance company. They assured me it was a mistake but they sent it anyway. I called multiple times to get this cleared but each time they said they never received the updated EOB even though my insurance company faxed it to them. Don’t do any business with this company if you can.

Sent to a debt collector even though it showed zero balance. Very disappointed in the organization, will inform my doctor of their practices.
