Very unprofessional. I’ve left numerous voicemails for the clinical coordinator whom absolutely refuses to return my calls (even though it’s a court order) to help the reunification of our family. She is not willing to do anything to help the process it would seem. I feel she is being very judgmental about a situation without knowing any facts.
