The property manager, Carlos, is insufferable and rude. Each building has its own issue — termites, mice, bats, and sewage rising to the top of the building. He doesn’t put lease renewals on your door so you’re blindsided by the rent increase. He also wrongfully puts stickers on your car that purposely block your vision!
