The BEST place EVER HANDS DOWN!!! DR Gonzales is perfect..very well educated and knows EXACTLY what the patients need. ...I must say im very impressed with the front desk as well..first place I've ever been in that is well mannered..helpful...not rude at all very skillful and helpful...way to go VALLEY OMS...WAY TO GO!
***UPDATE*** 6 months later, after waiting for 3-1/2 hours, I was taken back for the final part of my procedure and maintain the wait is worth it. Put aside a day if you want an unmatched service. I heard a customer getting very mad about his wait. When doing surgeries, there is no set timeline-just estimations. Give reception a break. On Tuesday my 17 yr old daughter had horrible wisdom tooth pain, one of them was coming out sideways, I called Valley Oral & Maxillofacial to see when they could get her in, the got her in on Thursday and got all 4 out, I was SUPER impressed they got us in, my daughter has severe anxiety and I was able to stay until they got her IV in, I think the surgery itself was 15-20 mins, my girl felt NOTHING and did very well Dr Gonzales and the front desk and assistants were all very kind and professional, so if you need your wisdom ... read more
