Placed a call to discuss my renewal options for 2026. The customer service agent was argumentative, only solidifying my decision to go with another company moving forward. After 15 seasons with Hop Energy/Valley Oil, I am done. Your customer service team is deplorable.
I received a text message on Tuesday 2/24 at 6:40pm alerting me of a delivery attempt scheduled for the next day. I called and told the rep that they could not deliver because the path wasn't clear, it was pitch black, I am 73 yrs old and they had not provided me sufficient notice to clear a path.
