We had no hot water on Saturday. A call to emergency service resulted in Omar's arrival in the dark that evening. He discovered an empty oil tank and made a call to ensure oil delivery on Monday. Early Monday morning Dan arrived and filled the tank. He even went into the cellar, checked the furnace and determined that it had to be primed, which he was not licensed to do.
