My son is 17 months, been coming here since he was born, first year we loved it. Doctor we thought was good and liked a lot of the NPs. Recently been getting a new NP she is something else. First time we saw her felt like she didn’t read any information on us and rushed us out. Yesterday, my son has been sick for about 4 days, no temps over a hundred but we still wanted to know if he was ok. This was his first real sickness. My wife used to take our son here and the last time my wife was there she left the office crying, due to how rude the nurse practitioner was to her and our daughter. Luckily my son who is only 6 months old won't remember, as they felt very humiliated inside the office. Based off of my wife's experience, and how sad and humiliated she felt, I would not recommend this to any parent. I would like to address several points, as I am a first time mom, and have a 6 month old son with severe kidney issues. I went there the first time, and saw the main Doctor. The second time, I saw a nurse practitioner, because I thought my son was running a fever (if he gets any type of UTI, it is very severe for him, due to the severity of his enlarged kidneys). There were a few great NPs here during our first couple of visits, but they’ve all left. The last few appointments haven’t been great. The visits felt rushed, and a couple of the providers came across as harsh. I also noticed that the visit summaries included information that was never discussed, which became a concern during one appointment. When I brought it up, I was told to contact my insurance provider if I had an issue. My insurance reached out for over a week but never received a response or call back from the office.... read more
