Depending on how this gets resolved will depend on whether or not I remove my review and this is one platform over many that I plan on posting just so people are aware. Just like other bad reviews I have seen there was a discharge letter I received in the mail today and I do not know why, because I have never cancelled an appointment. The only one I did cancel was cancelled days in advance, because my daughter had a myoclonic seizure and therefore was hospitalized but they had several days' notice anyways. Dr. Hineman and Sara are amazing doctors. I love them! The staff is courteous and professional, very accommodating! Amazing place for children!!
Very happy with our experiences here with many of the doctors.
