Valley of Fire je sjajno mjesto za izlet. Ukoliko boravite u Las Vegasu bilo bi dobro odvojiti jedno kutro ili poslijepodne i otići pogledati igru majke prirode. Park se obilazi vozilom, a ulaz (po vozilu) dođe 10$. Info centar nudi sve potrebne infomacije, lijepu izložbu, mapu i suvenire. Neke lokacije treba obići pješice i dobro je imati obuću za hodanje. Može se imati i piknik jer u parku postoje lokacije za izletnike koje su opremljene roštiljima i slavinama s vodom (koja je topla). Lijepo, poučno i bez posebnog napora.
