RecommendedWe spent 3-4 hours in the park. Many turnouts along the road to stop and walk down well maintained trails. There are lots of photo opportunities. Great place for all levels of physical activity from just staying in the car seat to climbing rocks and hiking trails.
RecommendedLeave plenty of time to take in the breath taking views. I especially love the visitors center they had so much information about history of the park. It’s the first Nevada state park. The people are so friendly and informative. They are very environmentally conscientious. If you love to hike bring your shoes. It’s a hike but worth it.
