Dr Benjamin Que Chan is professional, knowledgeable & kind. He might have known that this was my first experience with FaceTime telephonic appointment..maybe not! I am very pleased to have him for my Doctor. Thank you to his staff. Had a great experience with my Dr Chan in his new location! Easy to find - go past suite 100 and make a left at the end of building to suite 140! Lots of parking! Thankful for the kindness of each person in the office!

If you’re looking for a place that lacks accountability and treats you like a number then this is the right place for you. Staff is always busy to take any questions and service skills are practically non existent. They are understaffed (self admitted) and create many excuses for why things are dysfunctional. Even getting a question answered is over the phone or in person seems like a crime to some of them. Also, don’t even think about providing feedback. They won’t care.
