Please save your money and your time and do NOT try and rent from this management. They almost never answer the phone or emails, they take your money and forget about you. Multiple properties we told we were going to be able to rent always fell through. Were always rented out by the owners on their own and not though management. The last place we tried for they let us believe was ours for months and we put money down on just for me to find out on my own that it was rented to family and that we were being lied to. Through out the last year and 10 months I have had nothing but poor customer service, maintenance issues and health problems with the property I rented from Valley Oak Property Management. It seems that the company only cares about the owners of the property and they do not care about renters rights. Within days of moving into the property I started having respiratory issues, I informed them of this and that something in the house was making me sick. In particular Katrina Levin was difficult to deal with.
