RecommendedJuly 2020 I just had Raphael from Valley Oak do a service call on my freezer. I made the appt. on Sat. and he was literally here on Monday at 4:00pm on the dot!!! He was friendly, discovered the problem just from my video I recorded and was out in 45 minutes! He wore a mask and booties in respect of the times and my home. My entire experience with phone calls, to requesting an appointment to the in-home repair was above expectations.

My history with Valley Oak started in the early 90's and continues to this day. I have purchased all major appliances from them. Moving out of EG was hard, but happy to report Valley Oak still gets my business, they come to Roseville! I just purchased a new washer and cannot say enough about Jean and her staff, THANK YOU. They will always be my "go to" place, make them yours too!
