My first consultation appointment with Dr. Ravi had left me feeling very hopeful. She ordered a few tests and I felt happy that she was looking into my symptoms and I felt heard. My follow up was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling very sad and embarrassed. I will say that all of the other staff were very kind. Office was organized and on time. I loved the fact that there was no FOX news on the tv and instead there were musicals . So much negativity in the world, I was happy to relax in the waiting room. Better head space to be in when having a follow-up from surgery. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Worst place I have EVER had to deal with. I waited 3 hours for the first visit willing. The nurses and staff are HORRIBLE. I will be reporting this office to the medical board. They lied about my insurance. I will provide docs to medical board that they never submitted full explanation to why tests were needed. I have proof from insurance. They lied and said they reached out to my insurance February 3rd and it was February 13th. My appointment was on the 19th. I’ve been coming here I believe since 2024 now the doctor has a great Dr Venkatesh is thorough and will run all the tests you need until he can find a cure for your problems. The only thing I don’t like is having to drive almost 2 hours and I’ve tried getting into a location closer which is their tehacapi office but haven’t had luck . It makes it difficult to make the appointments being that I only have one vehicle and my husband works . But everything else is great
