Dr. Ravi and her staff are very caring and concerned for my well being they always take the time to listen and let me voice my concerns. I will have to, "in my eyes" having a scary neck surgery and has been very compassionate towards my feelings.
The staff are unwelcoming and harsh at times, the doctor is awesome and helpful but they did send me to a cardiologist that is completely unorganized
So i was seeing dr vinutha Ravi the staff is wonderful. The office is very clean. But the dr herself decided to close my case after I made a grievance complaint against her. Because She was not doing any test to See why I still have the constant headaches.She ran some tests , but said they came back negative. But when I went to another doctor and got the test Result from doctor ravi the new doctor said, I have severe nerve damage, but Dr.Ravi test came back negative. Wait time in office is 1 to 2 hours, never on time. Constantly changing appointments. My time is as important as the doctors. If there were a zero thats what I would put.
