Valley neurology has the best customer service Anahy & Yazmin & Candie they are very polite. They have good professionalism also Dr. Michael Compton is very nice and he cares about his patience needs.
Called first and the answering machine said I could text. I then texted and it wasn't until the following day so almost 1: 00pm I got a response. I quickly responded as soon as I got the text with pictures of my insurance card details about myself. I then didn't hear anything whatsoever for 2 days. When I asked them they just said they're not accepting new people with insurance and said that they responded when they did not. Because I started this process on Wednesday now I can't even call any other neurologist until Monday.... read more
