It seems as though Valley Motors does an amazing job at making their customers look responsible for all of the things that go wrong due to their lack of quality vehicles. I wish I had thought to research the reviews before buying our car. I am sure that their response will somehow appear that it was my fault that the check engine light came on within hours of us paying the down payment. DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! – I have read all the reviews about the nice people at this dealership and have to say just cuz ur nice doesnt make you a good business! I bought a car a few weeks ago and have had nothing but issues with it! The Best Car Buying Experience of my Life – I just have to write about the good people at Valley Motors. I bought a Buick last week and I can't tell you how happy I am with their customer service. I went to 3 different dealerships before I found Valley. I spoke with a couple different salesmen and both were very helpful. And not pushy either. worst place to buy a used car! – i bought a used car at valley motors back in october. they told me this car had minor damage to the frontend.they did not tell me this car was a total loss vehicle. i paid for this car in cash . my husband and i used our hard earned money to get a dependable car for our daughter.she didn't even drive it 2 months before the engine went out in it. i called valley motors and they finally came in got the car and said they would fix it. well they had it over a month and its still not fixed. now th... read more

She also purchased the vehicle As-Is. In regards to her comment about us taking her hard earned money, we paid the cost of the labor to repair it..... We went above and beyond what we were required to do. We have been in business for 26 years and work diligently to provide the very best service possible.

Salvage Cars sold here, does not honor payment agreement, you will get repo – Do NOT buy a car from these guys. They sold me a car with the wrong paperwork, then 3 months later they call and tell me that they gave me the wrong title, so I was driving for two months with an illegal license plate!! My insurance was also then for the wrong vehicle!! Does the trouble stop there? NO! The correct title for the car says that it was a salvage/rebuilt vehicle!!!! His big problem is he failed to pay for the car and showed up on the repo list. He defaulted on the contract and hid the car.
