I had an MRI here today. This was the most incredible experience I ever had in a medical setting. I suffer from claustrophobia and have been in and out of hospitals before for other conditions and these experiences left traumatized for life. However, the team downstairs at the C LEVEL: Ms. Tabitha and Luis were incredible. They calmed me down and stayed with me during the exam. They were definitely Angels in disguise!!! Everything Ho Chu said below. Calling to schedule an appointment is the most frustrating thing ever. I would rather have 10 Colonoscopies and a root canal than have to try to schedule an appointment with VRI. Once you go in for imaging, they are professional and fast, but trying to talk to their scheduler is unprofessional and frustrating.

Can I give them a ZERO? I DID NOT HAVE A MAMMOGRAM AT MY OWN RISK! This is my long story and it's and filled with some of the medical issues I have had to endure over the last year. I recently visited a radiology center, and I must say that the service at the front desk was extremely poor. They were letting people go ahead without following any sort of line or order. Moreover, when the Afro-American lady at the front desk called my name, I couldn't hear it clearly. So, I politely asked her for my last name. Montclair Radiology aka NJ Imaging Radiologists 20 High St Nutley, NJ 07110 2.0 star rating 4/24/2023 This was my first visit to this facility since it's absorption by NJ Imaging, it was not a pleasant experience. The mammogram department lost my medical records: scan, reports, etc. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Do nit entrust them with your health or records.

My visit for x-rays today was perfect! All staff were efficient, pleasant, thoughtful, & helpful, most notably x-ray techs Sarah & Wiley. I'll definitely be back if I need any imaging services in the future.

I spent TWO (2) hours on March 30, 2023, attempting to schedule a follow-up Mammogram to no avail. I called the number on the appointment slip VRI gave me: 408-283-9179. After waiting for an hour and eight (8) minutes, I finally got someone on the line and was transferred to another number 408-297-4591. I was told to try this second number first next time I want to schedule an appointment. VRI needs to trash/recycle their outdated appointment form!!!!!!!! Billing dept sucks. I paid a bill in July 2022, and provided a Proof of Payment (1-day electronic payment) in August. But I kept getting the same bill every month for 6+ months. Had to call them every month to explain the same, but they didn't do anything. Couldn't talk to a supervisor either. They said a supervisor would call me back. Who knows whether it would happen.
