After waiting weeks for an appointment (where they do walk-ins) they had me wait 1 hour in the empty and silent waiting room and then 30 minutes in the exam room only to have the doctor come in listen to my breathing and stare at the laptop. Since my appointment they have sent me 5 emails, 11 text messages and 1 letter in the mail. To clarify that's what they sent me AFTER my appointment because they sent me more before the appointment but I deleted those messages and emails. This practice is fantastic. Dr. Ajemian and team are responsive to all needs. The respect and professionalism in treating my concerns is always on spot. Thank you to all who work at valley medical Montvale .
Had an appointment set up with Dr Schneid for 5 months. My appointment time was scheduled for about 3 weeks from now. Received a text I needed to reschedule. Called to reschedule and was told next available appointment was over six months from now. Not happy.
No one in the office and still waiting 25 min after checking in.
