Place has great hours and appointment availability The whole family goes here. I think being a walk in and Doctors office is a great, but it will give non patient walk in customers a reason to complain on Google reviews if not seen in a prompt fashion. I have no complaints.
After waiting weeks for an appointment (where they do walk-ins) they had me wait 1 hour in the empty and silent waiting room and then 30 minutes in the exam room only to have the doctor come in listen to my breathing and stare at the laptop. Since my appointment they have sent me 5 emails, 11 text messages and 1 letter in the mail. To clarify that's what they sent me AFTER my appointment because they sent me more before the appointment but I deleted those messages and emails.
