Valley Medical Group Inc is I am never going back to this clinic- bad service from the doctor, Alvarez and the staff that advertises services to hispanics, what a shame!! Totally let down, I drove to Bakersfield from Fresno just to get bad service and have to wait 3 hours to see him and he told me what I already knew. This clinic double books thier patients and just gives you the cold shoulder. Front desk staff is unprofessional and rude, the lobby area needs a face-lift.
he's okay Dr Alvarez is an okay doctor. He doesnt wow me or make me feel like he really cares. He comes to the hospitals writes his orders and leaves. That is it.
