I wish I could give zero stars. The new staff at the front is horrible. Unfriendly, disorganized, no idea how to check people in. Avoid Valley Medical at all cost.

The staff are exceptionally nice. We were given a good quality of service in an urgent manner. We appreciated the admin who helped us from registration and to the person who provided the quality of care and service.

The care, concern and follow up I have received has been beyond what I could have ever expected. Time spent listening and evaluating my symptoms was very reassuring. In addition Donna followed up with many phone calls to make sure I understood the test results and what needed to be done. She researched medications to make sure there would be no problems with any of my other meds and consulted another doctor as to the advice going forward. Hope I don’t have to go back but will not hesitate if the need arrives!
