Quick visit! Staff was very friendly. Made an appointment online and got notifications when it was my turn.
I have been sick for two weeks and previous in the ER for eight hours with no resolution, I was so sick I had a neighbor drive me down the hill to Valley Medical Urgent Care in my ducky pajamas and I will say no one looked at me as if I was crazy, they liked my PJ pants. Best care ever would still b waiting if i was at ER
Was seen right away and the staff was very professional yet approachable. Very impressed.
It's been a long time since I've had anything positive to say about a medical facility (aside from hospitals) - by far the best customer service and professionalism I've received in a long time. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and felt genuinely listened and didn't act rushed. Would recommend to anyone in the area... thank you.
