I want to give a big thank you to the X-ray technician Jasper for his kindness and professionalism. He was so positive, cheerful, and energetic — and went above and beyond to make my elderly parent feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. It’s rare to see someone bring such genuine care and compassion to their work. We truly appreciated his patience and the extra effort he took to ensure everything went smoothly.

Third rate system. every time the phone gets hanged up. nobody is available to talk.

No wonder this place has 1.9 stars.. the reception lady is rude, she should find a job where she would love, feel pity for her that she has to do this job... does not make a difference even if you have an APPOINTMENT. I had an appointment, and it took more than an hour to get in.. SAVE YOUR TIME, GO TO SOME OTHER LOCATION... APPOINTMENTS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WOULD GET IN WITHIN 30 MINS..

06.10.25 10:45am Took a number from the paper number dispenser, waited to be called (not long), lady checking me in sitting on the very left was super efficient and nice. Mom and Dad had multiple X-rays done, both their techs were lovely, kind, humorous people! -X-rays are walk in. -CTs, Ultrasounds, MRIs & Mammograms are all by appts. -Only DEXA scan place is at St. Louise Hospital in GILROY. That's right, Gilroy. Sigh ...
