RecommendedI'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My guess is due to the many different doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and front desk staff, the experience must be vastly different across each one. Pros: I've only had one appointment to discuss specific health issues, but so far, I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Johnny Shum; he was timely, professional, highly relational, caring, compassionate, non-judgmental, attentive, and thorough; he spent a lot of time with me and made sure to answer all of my questions an... read more
I see Dr. Phung and him and all the staff are amazing! I have been seeing him about 9 years and no matter how far I move I will stay with him as my doctor because he really knows how to treat his patients! He is also my daughters dr
Great staff even though my doctor wasn't available dr. Arthur Lew whom I consider to be the reason I stay with Valley first class outfit I've been a patient there for 11 years at least always treated the best one could ever be expect

I've been coming to his office for about a year. My very first visit went well, but after that it seems that the front reception staff are incompetent, rude and very unprofessional. Up until this point I'd liked my doctor, but at yesterday's appointment he made me feel like I was inconveniencing his day instead of treating me. Seriously looking for a new doctor office.
They always take excellent care of me, no long wait
I really like this place. The staff is so helpful and nice!
