Last week, I walked into Valley Management Services without an appointment to ask their advice on a matter that was causing me to lose sleep at night. Very unfortunate circumstances. I was a model tenant for six-plus years. The landlord experienced some health issues, which subsequently resulted in her failing to maintain a habitable premises. Valley Management took it upon themselves to use my security deposit to address the apartment's defects which ultimately forced me to terminate my lease. I have been using Valley Management Services for about a year now and am nothing but happy. I get prompt replies to any issues going on in the house & if someone needs to come out to fix it, I know when this is happening & what to expect. They are upfront with me about monthly charges as well. Would recommend to any friend!
