Heather has been spectacular! I had a custom-ordered engagement ring that turned out EXACTLY like I imagined, Heather went above and beyond to ensure I got it in a timely manner, and she's been so helpful when I've had sizing and/or loose/lost stone issues. I will absolutely be using them again!
