The front desk is very incompetent. They have messed up two of my father’s appointments back to back. My father has severe back/sciatica pain so sitting in a vehicle for long period a of time is very uncomfortable. They admitted that they are having training issues, that their answering service sucks and never connects people correctly and that even though they made a mistake, my father could not get his procedure today. My husband has a complex pain disorder. He was seen by Dr. Poudel. Dr. Poudel is a patient, thorough, understandable doctor. He took his time with us at our visit. I would highly recommend him. He helped us more than we could ever thank him.
Well I’ll need to follow up with a complaint with the state, but for now here’s my experience. I was worried after my other NO moved away. So my new NP tryouts something new on me, o throw up for 5 hours. When I informed her no apologies just that was the wrong dosage, so I’m to trust her now with some other experiment on me! The health care providers and nurse practitioners are amazing however EVERYTHiNG surrounding your appointment simply from requesting the correct things, billing, returning phone calls, and communicating is PURE garbage. They are simply running off their own benefits and agenda not considering you, your family or how we all work and some have to take days off to accommodate appointments. Do not I repeat do not recommend if workers comp or anyone sends you here request a diff company.
