Valley Insured Property Management (VIP) has managed our properties in the High Desert for 15+years. They're honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and will always do their best for their clients. They're also good to their tenants and take care of issues fast. If you have a difficult situation, VIP will take it on and get to a win/win resolution for all. They're just an excellent company and have proved that again and again over the last 15 years that they've been our property manager.
I have used VIP to manage my house for over 30 years. They have done a great job ensuring quality tenants and taking care of the property. They always ensure I am notified and involved in any issues that arise.
Why are you letting complexes go without water for days? Why is it that when the building you manage finally gets water back, that it's absolutely filthy, even after being run for hours? Do you plan on compensating your renters for your lack of care and professionalism?

Excellent Property Management Company! I needed to Co-sign for my daughter to help her rent an apartment....which was NOT an easy thing to do! From the moment the process began, Lisa was very helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us put my daughters' family in an apartment. At the end of the day, what seemed an impossible and bleak situation, ended up turning around for the best. This place is so full of bullsh*t I did a app online took my $40 was rejected for a apt. Oh the office Personnel or a leasing agent or whoever should be doing there job don't. Didn't even call me to let me know I was rejected so u take our money for a app fee then if we are approve you will call us back if we are now it's a big fu*k you.
