Disappointing Experience & Unresolved Lost Property I stayed at Valley Inn in Sioux Falls, SD and unfortunately left behind a personal item — a $100 pillow — after checking out. I called the following evening from Davenport, IA and was advised to call back in the morning so the head housekeeper could check their housekeeping building. I followed those instructions and called around 9:30 AM, but was met with a dismissive receptionist who cut me off mid-sentence, took my phone number, and hung up.
