Unfair treatment towards customers!!!My 3 children wanted pancakes....there's a time when the kitchen stops making pancakes on a Saturday (which I don't think was posted anywhere) but after they were denied their pancakes...in walks what I can only assume was a "regular" who proceeds to order pancakes and his order was granted!!!! So my children had to watch as he ate his pancake right next to them....when that was all they wanted!!!! Hi Becky. I am here every Saturday, all day, and I had no idea this happened. Was this yesterday??? We do stop making pancakes around 2 because we have to move the griddle to get ready for dinner... but I honestly didn't know this happened. I would be very happy to buy you and your children pancakes ANY TIME! Please accept my apologies and I will certainly speak with my staff about this also!
Kudos to the kitchen for helping pull off the best April Fool's prank ever! And for the delicious food celebrating my sister's birthday! Lol The appetizers looked just like Rocky Mt oysters!!
Paid $19 for crumb top fish. That's what it was, dry, smashed up ritz dumped over a piece of very dry fish, no butter,oil,or seasoning. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture. A disappointment at that price. My husband chose fried fish and it was much better! They were extremely busy which is a testimony to their good food. Just don't order that dish, big waste of money.
What a terrible experience. 1st my grand daughters mac and cheese was mush and served with a hard end piece of stale bread. My husband and I both got surf and turf Prime rib. They brought my grand daughters dinner and we waited 10 minutes for ours. Mine was under cooked and piled on top of everything. What a mess. To top it off my sweet potato fries were under cooked.
