They put my husband in detox before getting approval from insurance. Insurance denied it. A lady my husband talked to during his treatment said they would wave the detox because they didn’t get approval from insurance first. We have paid a few hundred dollars. (All that we were told we’d have to pay) Now we’re getting a Bill that’s a few thousand dollars and they’re threatening to send it to a collection agency. RecommendedI came into residential treatment at Valley Hope in the Fall of 2019. When I entered I was a very sick and broken person. I was very afraid (especially of the detox process).I put my heart and soul into working the program. It was tough but also full of laughs, friendship and building lifelong memories. RecommendedThese people saved my life and I am eternally grateful. they are mostly removing addicts as well and know how to treat and help other addicts with firm kindness and empathy. highly recommended to anyone who needs help.
RecommendedToday I am 11 years sober because of what I learned while being here. Surround yourself with people that love and support you, go to meetings, find your higher power and take one day at a time. The first days are hard but soon those days will turn into weeks and then months and then years.

Recommendednever been to valley Hope of moundridge but I was at valley Hope in Halstead Kansas the longest Friday time of my whole life yes if it's like the valley hope that was in Halstead Kansas I would absolutely recommend them absolutely they were awesome
