Working with Shemar on finding brand new home was a very easy process. I reached out to him about 2 years ago because I saw a review from a customer he had helped with there house process stating he was a very good realtor to work with. So I reached out to him and I asked him a couple of questions about the process. He answer all my questions and I knew from then he could make my process easy. She never showed for my viewing, failed to cancel. The lack of communication is enough for me to stay away.
We have rented from Valley Homes for almost 2 years now and have had the best experience. Our home was very clean at move in. We have had very few maintenance issues since moving in, but all were resolved in a very timely manner. Every interaction with the staff has been very pleasant. 10/10 experience.
