My grandmother lives here and the new maintenance guy ( Rashuan I believe) is amazing. He is always doing what needs to be done and my grandmother loves it here. Keep it up!
My mother lives out here and have been there for sometime, there has been an electrical issue with her ceiling fan since she moved in, management has switched and it has yet to be repaired, the light comes on and off by itself(years) if it catches a fire, there will be lawsuit filed, not to mention her place flooded and the flooring they put down is tearing up, so much, I almost tripped, again should I or someone else fall because of it, there will e a lawsuit, she has called several times, I asked her did she want me to go ... read more
