This place has become so ran down! I actually tried to help by becoming manager but it’s the corporate company (Metes&Bounds Management) that doesn’t care. I’m in the process of moving, the hot water works when it wants. The hallways and laundry rooms are disgusting, Laundry machines barely work. Currently there isn’t a property manager since I left and I don’t think there is a regional manager anymore either. Some lady comes maybe once a week and does nothing. I was so excited to move in here because it's so spacious and affordable! It's also in a great quiet neighborhood. Then after I moved in a I started to notice more and more. My daughter was getting hives everyday for the first 3 weeks we lived there, the shower heads were old and nasty and barely let out any water, the sink wouldn't drain, and they forgot to put the blinds on my bedroom window. The maintenance man apparently quit so I had to wait weeks to get stuff fixed. The window in the living room is still cracked. There... read more
This place sucks. I loved when aydha and other managers were here. This place became ghetto, the manager locks herself inside the office and ignores your requests. They only clean or remove snow when someone from top manager is visiting or when they have inspection. The garages are disgusting. Safe your money! Honestly the emergency line doesn’t even care about your needs, they don’t consider removing snow from the lot emergency. People have jobs or doctors visits and they don’t care to acknowledge that issue.
