Javier conducted a maintenance check on my heater and a/c units. He was very thorough, communicative and respectful. He also notified me that he saw 2 mice in my attic when he was up there, which I appreciated.

Rances and his partner Jose were excellent. Thorough, paying attention to detail - the job was done really well. I also want to give a shout out to Rob, who gave us the initial estimates. He correctly identified the capacity and specs of our current heater, and matched the AC unit appropriately. Not all of the other vendors did that, which caused some unnecessary back and forth. Highly recommended - thank you Valley Heating!

Valley Heating and Cooling definitely earned a five-star rating when they installed a ductless, split-type air conditioner at our home in Santa Clara. Technicians Jose P., Rances and Jose G. were on time and worked very well as a team to complete the installation in one day. They were careful about protecting our home from damage, their cleanup was meticulous, and their attention to detail deserves special mention. The only company I trust to service my home A/C system. My A/C stopped working over the weekend and I called another company, only because I hoped it was a simple issue of the refrigerant being low, it was too hot inside for the dogs and Valley isn't open weekends. The company who came out didn't even check all the things that Arnell from Valley checked. The other company told me the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced, well he was wrong.
