The WORST experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care. I came in complaining to the staff about my respiratory issues. I told them I wouldn't be surprised if I had pneumonia. Once I got back in an exam room these people wanted to do an EKG on me for some reason. Just 2 weeks prior my cardiologist did my anual heart workup with stress testing and multiple EKG tests... so I didn't need an Urgent Care to do again. This place is amazing! After having a very bad experience at a different location I was hesitant but let me tell you these people blew me away with the difference. It was night an day. My son is non verbal autistic an the nurse recognized it immediately an went above an beyond to make him comfortable. When it came time for swabs (the time we all dread for kids) they made it so painless. Literally the best my son has ever been for swabs! I see my dr here and I really like it.
I’m very disappointed in this place. My husband went over a week ago for red rash on his leg, swelling, pain ( to the point he was limping) they diagnosed it as cellulitis and prescribed him an antibiotic. 2 days later it progressed and the rash moved down his leg further. He went to the ER and turns out he has a blood clot in his leg. Fast forward to tonight my husband took our son in cause he’s been complaining about an upset stomach all day. The Nurse Practitioner wanted to do a strep test because it “could” be a symptom.... read more
Doctor smelled like body odor and weed. Went in for a rash all over my body that I got after having shingles. Didn’t listen to me about what was going on just wanted to talk about new things I could have been exposed too which I had told him nothing because I hadn’t left my house but he just kept going on and on about what I could have been exposed to.
