First time here - very happy with the overall experience especially the NP on duty- she was wonderful.
The WORST experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care. I came in complaining to the staff about my respiratory issues. I told them I wouldn't be surprised if I had pneumonia. Once I got back in an exam room these people wanted to do an EKG on me for some reason. Just 2 weeks prior my cardiologist did my anual heart workup with stress testing and multiple EKG tests... so I didn't need an Urgent Care to do again. This place is amazing! After having a very bad experience at a different location I was hesitant but let me tell you these people blew me away with the difference. It was night an day. My son is non verbal autistic an the nurse recognized it immediately an went above an beyond to make him comfortable. When it came time for swabs (the time we all dread for kids) they made it so painless. Literally the best my son has ever been for swabs!
