I’m honestly confused by the 3.3 rating because this health team is WONDERFUL, by all means, all very amazing people. Dr. Mundi and her assistants are some of the most caring, attentive, loving, and professional people I’ve ever met. They truly listen to everything you say, show genuine concern, and always follow up. I absolutely love them and appreciate the incredible care they provide every single time. Bad first impression. The lady that answered the phone sounded miserable and rude. She Didn’t even tell me she would put me on hold. She just asked what I needed and then it went silent for 5 minutes! I guess I’ll have to drive to Clovis for decent healthcare.
This place is a nite mare will never go back they all should be fired and Chanel the name
The wait to be seen was very short, the nurse was very nice. The Pediatrician Dr.Banks was thorough with her explanations. I would recommend this place to other parents
