Love the ladies atthe front dentist office!!!! The other ladies dont make you feel welcomed and the woman in the little office is too busy strengthening her hair instead of working.
Very disappointing experience.I need to take a tb test and i called their office to get information .The lady on the phone told me that i dont need to make an appointment and I can come before 4as walk in.Next day when i went there around 3,the office lady on the reception said that I need to make an appointment and we cannot take you as walk in.I told her that i called before coming and this is what was shared with me on the phone.but she simply said No.so whose fault was this?it means they were not truthfully sharing their... read more
Always friendly staff and I just adore my Doctor, Dr. Shemele Smith. She explains everything to me so I can understand what's going on with me. She has a wonderful "bedside" manner.
