Dr are amazing but customer service is bad
Worst front desk staff. In-person or over-the-phone, very rude! No compassion at all. Worst customer service!
Dr. Smith is truly amazing. Helped me get a referral for my ENT, gastroenterologist, and psychiatrist. Sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment due to our healthcare system, but Smith is a kind, compassionate doctor. Definitely keeping her as my GP! ❤️
They have always been so good to me here Friendly staff very helpful and my Dr is amazing !
They're not taking care of their people. Hopefully when the manager reads this or somebody there they'll call me.
