My appointment with Dr. Fykes was for 1:30pm. As a new patient, I was asked to come in by 1pm. I was at this office at 1pm. It is now 2:14pm, and I’m still waiting to be seen. These folks never shared that the doctor had an emergency patient. They called me a total of nine times to confirm this appointment, yet the can’t keep their appointments and they’re very poor at managing the office.
I limped in and walked out. Not to say the procedure was any kind of medical miracle, but the care I received from Dr. Heberer definitely was. She had the right balance of expertise and empathy and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. And her entire staff echoed the same.
I've seen 2 physicians here for different reasons, and they were both very informative and kind. They listen and do not try to rush when you are speaking. It's a fresh of breath air when you have physicians that actually care.
I saw 2 Doctors from this Group and I am very happy with them.
