Nurses are friendly. Customer Service is very good.
Blonde hair lady at glasses desk gives favoritism skip numbers for the people she knows and will give you attitude when you call her out for skipping numbers and ask to be helped terrible experience today only her everyone else was very attentive over 45 minutes to pickup glasses and she was helping people who just walked in before my daughter she thought I wasn’t paying attention number 27 and paused at 25 to take the people she’s familiar
The experience here was great! Everybody very professional and gentle. Dr Jenna was very sweet to my kids and responded all my answers and concerns.
Worse experience ever with these people. DO NOT GO INTO THIS OFFICE OR THE ONE ON EASTON. They are the same people. Both places are completely unprofessional. Rude. You will just waste your time with them. They will not honor your appointments nor your time. Unfortunately there is never someone to hold them accountable for their actions which is why they get away with everything. Look else where.
