The front desk ladies have not smiles not very friendly. The Dr I have is friendly. But over all it's an ok place.
Definitely seeing decline in quality of care and we’ve been seeing this office since 2015 and 2018 for both my children’s pediatric needs. Last week I called to schedule a follow up visit to be told they can’t schedule for next week and to call when they open for the day and request illness appointment. I call right at 8 am to get answering service and wait for a call back. Nurse calls back, transfers the call to front desk for them to tell me they can’t schedule the appointment and the nurse will have to call me back again.... read more
I can’t stress & express this enough, I STRICTLY agreed to only do 2 vaccines per visit for my baby niece (I am her care taker) I even signed a form saying I refused some of the vaccines however they were scheduled for the future. I had my mom take the baby to her appointment for me & they did THREE vaccines without my moms consent. When my mother noticed they were going for the third she voiced it out by saying I thought it was only two & before my mother could even approve it & consent a third one, they rushed a third pinc... read more
