This hospital has the single worst phone operator I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I called to verify if I had the correct information to contact their intake team and the operator kept insisting they somehow did not have any intake. Then they started randomly accusing me of "trying to pull something", despite me telling her repeatedly I just want to verify their contact information. Refused to connect me to anywhere else either. This takes the cake as the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
to be honest this hospital don’t even deserve this 1 start ill be in so much pain and uncomfortable and these pathetic nurses and doctors don’t know how to get to people they make us wait for hours before being called up on you could be bleeding out and they still wouldn’t see you unless the doctor said so
This is for the ER/Urgent Care: In 2015 I came to the ER with a gallbladder attack. I was downgraded to Urgent Care where I lay on the floor in agony for 8 hours before the ultrasound tech got to me and let me stay in the ultrasound room for a couple of hours before finally getting to see a doctor. My experience in that hospital was the worst, 4 years ago I went to the emergency room because I couldn't breathe, at that time I still didn't have medical insurance, they made me wait about 8 hours to see me, the nurse who attended me never told me her name or identified herself, long story short, they did a chest x-ray and a covid test and nothing else, they never gave me the value of everything, I asked before leaving the hospital how much everything had cost to pay and they told me they would call me to give me the total... read more
