The receptionists work super slowly. It takes about 20 minutes just to check in one patient. you might have to wait past your appointment time, and you may end up having to leave even you have apm.
Cao Mai at McKee clinic at the lab registry is a horrible person no customer service at all she call me the S word when I told her she chose to be mean and I was asking her a question and she was rude and if she needed a new job when she called me the S word. People like her are not needed when they work patients and they don't have the customer service also if they can't be nice.
