This review is based on my experience with Heather and Justin, Physical Therapist at Bayada. I did have a dedicated RN and OT but majority of my visits were with Heather and Justin. Justin was very nice and helpful. He conducted his evaluation and gave me tips on what I can do for healing and made sure I did the exercises with him. Now for Heather! Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. The actual therapists and aids were good, but scheduling was always an issue, and we were discharged without knowing which day…so my grandmothers scheduled bath was not done and nobody called to let us know. Whoever is in charge is not very organized.
Great customer service and great service from the team
Just got home from my hip surgery was feeling completely lifeless along with immobile , Had these two angels come to help me with therapy I can’t tell you how much I appreciate how kind efficient and thorough they were in taking care of me along with the explanation as to not hurt myself , I highly recommend these two individuals .Arthur Rathke, Kate . You VH at home you have exceeded my expectations.
