Took son in Tuesday at 3:00. Miserable with flu, strep, and covid all negative so they wouldn’t give him anything. 26 hours later, he was worse with sharp pain in both ears. Took him to different valley health and he has double ear infection with swollen throat. They prescribed him antibiotic and a steroid, which should have been done the first time
Everyone was so friendly from reception , to the nurses, the medical student, and Michael Adkins PA-C. Compassionate care & Michael took the time to listen & came up with a plan to treat my problems I felt respected and heard. The best Urgent Care in the area!
Usually a lil faster than over a hour… Got here at 3:00 , waited in the lobby til 3:40…. got brought back and had a test for strep done and now its talen 20 more minutes… when any other places test you and theyre back in 5 mins with results. this is absolutely ridiculous. When peopel are sick you dont make them wait like this.
Excellent service.!!! I was there 20mins. .. great employees !!
