I recommend therapy with Bianca! She is excellent at targeting pain and helping you get back on track. She is an expert in massaging the right spots, helping you stretch, and different types of exercises that help you get better and achieve your goal. Sometimes it may seem like she is a bit rough, but she knows exactly what she is doing. I always feel better after a session with her. Hi I'm Joe Mendoza I'm my 8th week going to Valley Healing Hand therapy it's a great place. They have a very friendly staff and great employers.When I started going I had pain on my lower back and RT knee.Had difficulty in Transfer and standing/walking when I started.Now I Can stand/walk with no pain.
